Design Team's 1st Project

Here is our Design Team's 1st Project.
Since we don't have our kits yet, their assignment was to do 1 layout, and 1 card or Altered project, and then our Card Sketch Designer had to create a card sketch.

Here is what they came up with.

A Simple Happy Birthday card.

Supply List:

Patterned Paper: K & Company - Amy Butler Lotus Tea Box 12x12 Specialty Paper
Uniball Gel Impact pen in silver
Cricut Opposite Attract cartridge

Here is her Layout

Supply List :
Narratives by Karen Russell - black doily paper
Creative Imaginations wedding patterned paper
Vintage Finding embellishments

Prima flowers and leaves
Vintage lace found in an antique store
Stickles: Stardust, Glitz in Tiara & Ruby Slippers

Supply List:
Echo Park's "Be Mine" -collection. I used the papers and the birdcage
sticker is from the pack, as well.
Bling is prima, as well as the flowers, except for the grey
flower, that is recollections.
2 pieces of bazzill cardstock-the pink and the black.
Letter Stickers- American Crafts

And her Card:

Supply List:
Echo Park's "little girl" collection
Bazzill cardstock- as the card Base

Reets is our Card Sketch Designer. Her assignment was to come up with a sketch for a card, here is what she came up with!

and two cards she created using the sketch.

My first card sketch.. It’s a pretty basic card sketch. The two colors and the center picture add dimension. Using the two colors allows you to pull the card together using colors from the main picture or theme, as you can see from the digital card.

Traditional Paper
The traditional card I made is a variation, moving the back colors so they don’t split the card in half, and rounding the corners. Then taking the main picture, moving it up and adding a sentiment on the bottom
