I married my husband, Justin in March of 2008, and not long after that was when I started scrapbooking our wedding photos. I immediately fell in love with the craft, and have had so much fun learning so many techniques to use when creating layouts and other projects. I've made some wonderful friends since I started scrapping, one of whom has become my absolute best friend, Mandi. I feel scrapbooking is a great way to use one's creativity and can't wait to see what more comes of it!
My name is Melissa Wilson. I live in a small town in Central Pennsylvania. I am a 30 something-mother of a 9 year old son, Nicholas. I began scrapbooking when Nich was just a baby and been going strong ever since. I love all scrapbooking products, but would have to say my favorite is paper! I love paper! Love the look, the feel, the smell...everything about it! I love to layer paper upon paper on my layouts! Also, love letter stickers, flower and bling!! Aside from scrapbooking, I love to read, spend time with family, watch football, and travel.

Im a little over half a century old and have been creating cards , for fun , since I was a kid.. then professionally now for 7 years. I started by creating digital postcards and selling them to postcard clubs, and then graduated to cards.I have my own website and store which my husband is webmaster to.I enjoy all sorts of crafts, and have had a try at almost everything. From fabrics, yarns, glass, ceramics, but my ultimate love is paper. I love to draw and sketch and I do have some cards with sketches of birds that Ive done. I love birdwatching and photography. Love music, and cooking, gardening and flowers. I love giraffes and butterflies. Butterflies mostly because it was my moms favorite, and giraffes, well just because I think they are cool. I have two children. A daughter who is 15 in each leg and a son who is 13. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren. I am married to my soul mate, my bestest friend. I am orthopedically challenged lol.. in other words, Im in a wheel chair.
I love spending my days being creative and talking to my darling daughter on skype and seeing my little ones.
I am originally from NY, born and raised, and moved to Florida November 4th, 2007, the day after I married my best friend, Albert. Albert and I have been together for almost 8 years (since May 10,2003)

I am the owner of amandasscrappyadventures.com, I do make digital kits, freebies, and s-cut files as well as co-run this blog & design team.
